Questions
What does "No credits that run out" mean?
Coming with billing: bring your own AI key and pay your provider directly (no markup), or top up a Hefti wallet and pay as you go for the work your agents do.
Why not just use ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
Keep using them. Hefti runs on those models and adds what a chat app doesn't: a team of named teammates, one shared business memory, scheduled jobs, approvals, your apps, and Slack and Telegram. See the full comparison on the home page.
What is BYOK?
Bring your own key, coming with billing. Your OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter models will show in the model picker. You pay the provider directly. Usage and costs will be shown separately from Hefti-managed keys.
How many agents can I have?
As many as you need, on every plan. Agents don't cost extra: you only pay for the AI they actually use. Set a monthly spend limit on any agent so none of them can run away with the bill (the reply that reaches it still finishes, so it can go a few cents over).
How many apps can I connect?
As many as you like, on every plan. API keys, MCP servers and app connections are all unlimited.

What does white label include?
Your logo, colours and domain on the app, and your name on the emails and chat. Your clients see your brand, not Hefti.
What is the Founding 50?
The first 50 paying businesses keep their price for 24 months, even when prices go up.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Move up or down any time; changes apply from your next bill. Annual plans are paid up front and get two months free.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
